Wine

The Blue Wing Saloon is located in the heart of one of California’s major emerging wine regions. The Saloon features some of the best wines produced in Lake and eastern Mendocino counties – all within a 30 mile radius of the restaurant.

Working with our winemaker, Matt Hughes, the Saloon also offers fine wines under its own “Blue Wing” label including our award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah plus our tasty and economical Blue Wing Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cocktails

As a ‘beer and wine’ bar, the Blue Wing Saloon offers a variety of what we call ‘low-test’ cocktails.  These we make using the low-alcohol equivalent of vodka, rum, tequila and other spirits.  We can make many great mixed drinks including Margaritas, Daiquiris, Cosmos and Bloody Marys.
